Our team building activities can be used by any business, large or small, to promote better teamwork and collaborative strategy in the workplace. No matter what activity you choose, you can count on a professionally run team building event that weaves in effective coaching, friendly competition, and plenty of fun.
Please note that due to the overwhelming popularity of our teambuilding events, we require:
A two-week minimum booking window.
Teambuilding events must be booked in conjunction with a meeting and/or a minimum block of 10 room nights at the resort.
Teams use cardboard, tape, and creativity to build and fly aircrafts— competing for longest flight, most creative design, and best team spirit.
Unleash your creativity and paint custom margarita glasses with expert guidance, while a live DJ brings the island vibes.
Kick off your shoes and dive into Beach Olympics at Margaritaville’s private beach—an action-packed hour of team spirit and sunny competition.
Teams design wild, tropical-themed golf holes and compete for creativity on a course full of fun and flair.
Teams build and race handmade boats using only cardboard and tape— testing creativity, teamwork, and the will to stay afloat.
Give your team a fun, high-energy break—where it’s always 5 O’Clock Somewhere and everyone’s moving, grooving, and laughing together.
Teambuilding in Paradise
Shake things up and learn from a mixologist, then compete to craft the perfect margarita using a variety of fun ingredients and trivia-based twists.
It’s cocktail time, where teams mix, garnish, and compete to create the most flavorful, creative, and over-the-top Bloody Mary masterpiece.
Turn up the flavor with a guacamole challenge, where groups compete to craft the most creative and delicious dip.
Bring the heat in the Salsa Showdown, a fast-paced team competition where groups chop, mix, and create their own signature salsa.
